📦 Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
🚚 Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

🌍 International Shipping
We proudly ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
⚠️ Delays & Lost Parcels
Whilst we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high postal volumes, adverse weather conditions, or customs processing. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
